Makesenstudio Shipping Policy (For this site only)

At Makesenstudio, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction and work tirelessly to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as swiftly as possible. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we strive to enhance our delivery services for your convenience. (Purchase for this site only)

 
Processing Time (Business Days):
  • Orders in stock are generally dispatched within 7 business days.

 

Delivery Time (Business Days):
  • Shipments from the U.S. Warehouse: 7–14 days

  • Shipments from the International Warehouse: 7–30 days

Please note that weekends and public holidays may cause delays in the shipment or delivery of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, GMT+8.

 

Pre-Sale Orders:

For pre-sale items, the final delivery timeline will be communicated to you upon official dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • To the United States: 7–14 business days

  • To other international locations: 7–30 business days

These estimates may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s efficiency and customs processing times. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

If you need to make changes to your pre-sale order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

 

Import Duties and Taxes:

For most shipments, you will receive your order after completing the payment on makesenstudio.com. Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes for international shipments. Makesenstudio may contact the recipient for any additional shipping and/or tariff fees if needed.

 

Shipping Changes:
  • Address changes made before receiving a tracking number are free of charge.

  • A $20 fee applies for successful in-transit logistic changes through FedEx.

  • A $100 fee is charged for orders cancelled after shipping. This fee also applies to refused deliveries or packages not received.

  • Changes to the color or model of your product must be made before the order ships. Once shipped, such changes are not possible.

 

Order Tracking:

If you have an account on makesenstudio.com, you can track your order and view shipping updates. If you don’t have an account, you can still track your order using your order number on our website.

Please Note:
  • Customers outside our standard shipping regions may be contacted to confirm their orders, as shipping may involve additional fees or cancellations.

  • Public holidays and customs clearance times may delay shipments. This is beyond our control, and service will resume as soon as possible.

  • Orders with multiple accessories may ship in separate packages.

  • Tracking numbers may take a few days to activate. Please check again later if no tracking info appears initially.

  • All delivery times are estimates based on past data and provided for reference only.
